You can fill out the Application Form online or download a form to print, fill out and mail. Send completed forms to the address on the form.
You may pay the Application Fee online by clicking on the Pay Application Fee button. There is a 3% convenience fee when paying online for a total of $51.50. Alternately you may include a $50.00 cashier’s check with your completed form. To pay with cash, you will need to bring the completed application to our office.
Hold Your Rental
Once you have found the home you want to rent and have submitted your Rental Application, you may pay a $500.00 Holding Deposit to hold the property during the rental application process. There is a 3% convenience fee when paying online for a total of $515.00.

You may fill out the Holding Deposit form online or download it to fill out and print. Your initials and signature are required. You may pay the Holding Deposit online or include a cashier’s check with the form.
